A completed application form and a non-refundable registration fee of $200 per child is required at enrollment. Each student must re-enroll yearly. Applications with paid registration fees secure your student’s place in the classroom (on a first come, first served basis).

Active St. Paul Church members are eligible for a $500 per student tuition discount (subject to the Church attendance requirement).
Families in financial need may be eligible for tuition assistance and/or a St. Paul Church Congregational grant.
Families pre-paying the full year tuition by July 1, 2018 will receive a 2% discount from their total tuition.
Spread the news! Refer a new family who enrolls their student(s) for the 2018-2019 school year and you will receive a $200 tuition credit, that will be applied in March 2019.
Closing time is promptly at 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute may be charged for any time after 6:00 PM due at time of pick up.
Registration Fee: $5.00 per child
One Child - $6.00 per hour
Two Children - $11.00 per hour
Three or more - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Fees are determined by the amount of time your child spends in extended care
Please use the exact time when signing your child in/out
In the morning, you are billed from the time your child is signed in through 7:45 AM (when children are released for classes)
In the afternoon, you are billed from the end of school day until your child is signed out.
There is a minimum charge of $6.00 per day.
Billing statements will be emailed every month. If a paper statement is needed please notify the BASC staff. Payments are due on the 15th of each month and should be given directly to the school or church office Administrative Assistant, Alvesa Thomas.
A medication request form must be filled out in the office and should be given to the Director if any medication needs to be administered to your child while in B.A.S.C.
Duplicate copies of the emergency form and school health form must be submitted to the Director.
DROP OFF & PICK-UP OF CHILDREN Children enrolled in B.A.S.C. must be dropped off and picked up at the B.A.S.C. room. Children need to be signed in at the time of drop off and signed out at the time of pick up. Children will only be released to individuals designated by the parent/guardian on the registration form. If someone other than a designated person will be picking up your child on a given day, written notification or a phone call to the School office is needed. The parent will need to confirm the release of the child to that person and an ID is shown. CHILDREN WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THOSE FOR WHOM WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN SPECIFIC PERMISSION.
DAYS OF OPERATION Before and after school care will be available on every scheduled FULL DAY of school. It will not be available on days when school is closed or half days.
